Who we are
Midland Truck Tech Ltd provides mobile commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance across the East Midlands. For privacy questions, email dave@midlandtrucktech.co.uk or call 07873 126 205.
Information you choose to send
The vehicle checker prepares a message on your device. Your answers are not sent to us until you choose to send the message through WhatsApp. WhatsApp then handles the message under its own privacy terms. If you contact us by phone, email, Facebook or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to respond, supply services and maintain appropriate business records.
The customer credit account form sends the business and contact information you provide to our accounts email through FormSubmit. We use it to assess your application, perform reasonable credit checks, contact you about the result and manage any approved account. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for 30 days before deletion.
Cookies and similar technology
Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice and supports website functions. Optional technology is disabled unless you select “Allow optional cookies”.
- Google Analytics: helps us understand visits and how people use the website. We configure it without advertising personalisation or Google Signals.
- Facebook feed: loads Facebook content on our homepage. Facebook may receive information when the feed loads.
- PayPal: the payment page loads PayPal when you choose to use our secure online payment service. PayPal processes the payment; we do not receive or store your card details.
You can change your optional-cookie choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website.
Maps and external services
The service-area map uses OpenStreetMap map tiles. Links to Facebook, Google Reviews, WhatsApp and PayPal take you to services operated by those organisations, which apply their own privacy information.
How long we keep information
We keep business enquiries, service and payment records only for as long as needed for customer service, legal, accounting and operational purposes.

You may ask us about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. You can also clear this website’s saved preferences through your browser settings.
